Come Play Yoga CD by Karma Kids
Here is a fun, family friendly music CD created by Karma Kids yoga studio in NYC. They are one of the few yoga studios dedicated to children. They feel that:
“Yoga is a discipline that can lead kids on the path toward a calm and balanced mind, as well as help them build a strong and flexible body – tools they can use in their everyday lives.”
Since I couldn’t agree more I figured a nice plug for their hard work was in order.
