		<description>I really liked this post. With the rise of childhood obesity, it gives us parents one more tool to help the children in our lives find health and happiness. It makes such sense that slowing down, savoring and really tasting our food leads to listening to your bodies hunger/full signals better resulting in healthier body weights.</description>
