		<description>Good luck on adding one sun salutation to your practice every day - it is a great way to see how 108 can feel. 

I did this last year in preparation for Global Mala, and was up to 50 sun salutations every morning, and boy did it feel great!

Like you say, it probably is the yogic equivalent of running a marathon, but it only tales between 90 minutes and two hours.
