On Aug 29th we met at the St Albert Botanic Park to enjoy the last Saturday of summer with partner yoga in the park. The theme was “Come with Me to the Sea” and we enjoyed a fun yoga adventure story which followed a day’s activities at the beach including finding crabs, watching a dog catch a frisbee, taking the boat out on the water, doing some surfing, escaping from a shark, and finally roasting marshmellows over a campfire. Truly this was not your typical yoga class. It was a beautiful day, full of sunshine and gorgeous scenery. Here are some photos from the event.
