		<description>I know - isn&#039;t it amazing. In every kids class I teach there is at least one kid who can perform King Cobra. Their natural flexibility is incredible. Yoga is wonderful for helping to develop and maintain this flexibility so that they don&#039;t end up as tight, inflexible adults.</description>
