So sweet Donna, its a wonderful gift to give someone a foot massage. I learned a technique in the adult yoga teacher training course I took. One year I gave my Dad a foot massage for Father’s Day and it was his favorite gift EVER!
It would be fun to do foot massage exchanges during a summer camp when there is a lot of time to make the potions and teach kids how to do the massage. Then one child could get a massage one day then gives one the next day.
Finish with a relaxation and the parents may not recognize their child when they pick up at the end of the day.
Your recipes sound “delicious” and absolutely perfect for a reflexology scrub, which is an awesome idea – I think I’ll be using it for my reflexology clients
And, Young Yoga Masters idea of foot massage “swaps” is wonderful idea, as well – and a little slice of heaven.
Keep up the great work and continue to follow your passion!
