She had my complete attention while my children and I followed along to each story. We couldn’t wait to find out what happened next especially when the lightening storm came and the eagle was injured in The Boy and the Eagle… But I won’t ruin the ending for you.

The yoga sequences themselves are creative and easily accessible for all ages. Laura doesn’t worry about alignment but instead encourages participation and creative expression while providing an example of a calm, purposeful practice. Most of all she invites children to “listen and pay attention to the important stuff of life: kindness, courage, personal power.”

The handy insert includes Suggestions for Use including curriculum explorations into Geography, Culture and Biology.
