“I just wanted to thank you for a truly inspiring weekend last weekend in Calgary. It has given me a clearer picture of what it is that I need in my own life in terms of balance and mindfulness and how I can bring that to my kidlets at school. We’ve been busy practicing our relaxation breathing and are embarking on putting our emotions and feelings into words. I’m really excited at the progress we’ve made so far. And the kids have loved the new games and movement we’ve been doing!” – Darla Milford
